In this role you lead advisory-driven, enterprise-scale implementations of Coveo's AI-powered platform, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver customer value. You align business goals with technical requirements, manage scope and milestones, and maintain clear governance with customers. You drive risk and change management to ensure on-time delivery while communicating progress to stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced professional services environment that shapes implementations for global brands.

• Lead platform implementations by defining scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Serve as primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
• Coordinate stakeholders and project resources, managing expectations
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Manage changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate progress through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates
• Identify and escalate risks to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable work

Tasks

• At least 7 years gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, and coordinating QA activities
• At least 3 years managing large-scale IT implementation projects
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software and web application challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organization, and communication in complex customer environments
• Ability to influence and collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executives
