Position Summary

The Service Delivery Business Analyst focuses on analyzing business operations, enhancing processes, maintaining governance, managing reports, conducting inventory and billing reconciliations, and supporting quality assurance for Telecommunications and Network Services. This role acts as the main liaison between business operations, vendors, and technical teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Conduct enterprise-wide analysis, identify inefficiencies, gather and document requirements, and recommend service optimizations.
• Process Engineering & Governance: Develop operational procedures, maintain workflows, establish governance controls, and monitor process adherence.
• Inventory & Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile inventories with billing, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support billing accuracy initiatives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop centralized reports, create dashboards, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
• Quality Assurance: Manage quality assurance programs, monitor performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Issue Management: Manage operational issues, facilitate resolution, track corrective actions, and maintain issue registers.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist with process improvements, develop efficiencies, and support change management activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Must have 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational management.
• Must have experience with telecommunications, networking, or IT service management.
• Must have experience with ServiceNow, asset management, and vendor billing analysis.
