Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare IT (Hybrid)

Job Title: Senior Project Business Analyst Overtime Available - Weekly Payments

Pay Range

$65/hour to $70/hour

Shifts Available: 8am to 4:30pm (5*8 hr Days)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Duration: 13+ Weeks

Department: Hospital

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (Hybrid - Location: Mostly Remote; Philadelphia Area preferred for occasional on-site required)

Required

• Five (5) years of business analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines and business analysis methodologies.
• Strong experience with business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles, change management, and risk management practices.
• Experience with healthcare, research, academic, or related operational systems and processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Job Duties

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and stakeholder communication for healthcare and research projects.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop process flows, use cases, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support project planning, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Develop and manage business requirements, test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support vendor evaluation activities, including RFP requirements, scoring criteria, demonstrations, and solution assessments.
• Assist with change management, training support, project metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
