Senior Accountant, In-Office 3 day/week (85K-90K)

One of service industry clients is looking to bring a Senior Accountant as part of an effort to scale the accounting team to keep up with their rapid growth.

This company is PE sponsored and plans for a high growth strategy.The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in GL/GAAP accounting well-versed in intermediate to advanced Excel functions.This position pays 85K-90K and is in office ONLY 3 days/week.Responsibilities Responsible for the month-end close processes for assigned areas, including daily interaction with internal business partners and external auditors.Prepare and review monthly journal entries and related balance sheet account reconciliations.Create process efficiencies using technology; strong data skills for structuring and enriching data to achieve business insights.Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills using VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, INDEX MATCH, etc.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting.A minimum of 3-5 years experienceActive CPA or CPA eligible is a plusIn-depth knowledge of Accounting theory and application of U.S. GAAP.Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.General ledger and related reconciliation experience.If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH Recruitment Solutions please email Rami Muhanna at rami.muhanna@lhh.com or visit our website at www.lhh.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
