Staff Accountant - GAAP, Excel Pro, Inventory Focus

This position is located at our corporate office in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented staff accountant with the ability to thrive in our fast paced, growing organization. This individual must be able to identify and resolve problems both independently and as a part of a team.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization along with strong organizational and time management ability are also required.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant prior experience; CPA preferred.Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Must be a self-starter and a quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards skills desirable.Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and time management ability.Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity.Manufacturing or construction and inventory accounting experience a plus.Ability to travel on occasion (#J-18808-Ljbffr
