As part of our business growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated mid-career individual to join our structured attachment programme and develop competencies in strategic marketing, digital marketing and business development within the interior design industry.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager Trainee will undergo a structured six-month development programme designed to build competencies instrategic marketing, digital marketing, brand development and customer acquisition.

Working closely with the Director, the trainee will support marketing initiatives while gaining practical exposure to planning, executing and evaluating marketing activities that contribute to business growth.

The role provides opportunities to develop commercial awareness while working alongside experienced professionals in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market research and competitor analysis within the interior design industry.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines and other online platforms.
• Support the preparation of content for social media, websites and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and lead tracking systems.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the sales and project teams.
• Support preparation of marketing presentations and business proposals.
• Participate in marketing planning meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines preferred
