Who are we looking for

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing, inbound sales, and customer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced individual eager to support lead generation, campaign execution, customer support, and sales operations.

You will work closely with our team to help scale our marketing efforts, convert inbound leads, and enhance the customer experience.

Job Description

1. Growth Marketing Strategy

Design and lead growth marketing strategies, setting high-level strategies for performance marketing and aligning with business goals.

• Lead monthly growth performance reviews with the leadership team, translating technical data into strategic narratives and actionable roadmaps for growth.
• Build and refine Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models to guide customer acquisition strategy, ensuring high-value audience targeting and optimal marketing budget allocation.
• AI-enabled Growth Marketing
• Design and implement AI-driven customer segmentation models using student learning data, engagement metrics, and historical purchase behavior.
• Develop and manage an AI Marketing Automation workflow to automate conversions for inbound leads
• To do AI SEO and GEO
• Growth Marketing Analytics and Optimization
• Analyze growth funnel performance (Lead → Trial → Paid → Retention) to pinpoint friction points for optimization and identify potential growth marketing opportunities within QD’s target market (Singapore, Vietnam, etc.).
• Translate customer behavior data insights into strategic recommendations for sales conversion touchpoints optimization.

Requirements

• AI-savvy, with experience with using AI with Human-in-the-loop to craft marketing content
• Familiarity with AI chatbot and CRM management and optimization (e.g. GoHighlevel).
• A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership;
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and create order in chaos and manage multiple tasks;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with leads and customers.;
• Positive attitude;
• Clear logical and critical thinking;
