Location: Ajman, UAE

We are looking for a Tally Accounts Software Support Executive (Male) to join our team and handle customer support and software implementation.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree

Language Requirement

• Hindi – Mandatory
• English – Good communication skills required

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Tally Software
• Basic Computer Knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support and implementation for existing and New customers
• Assist customers with Product Support, software setup, configuration, and training
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Software installation and setup (e.g., Tally software)
• Provide product demonstrations to clients
• Conduct end-user training sessions (online or onsite)
• 15 days training + 3 months probation
• Salary based on experience
• Salary increments & incentives after probation

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Ajman, UAE
