Financial Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead the financial management of a manufacturing operation and support informed, sustainable business growth. This is a senior role for a commercially minded finance professional who can move confidently between financial strategy and operational delivery.

You will partner closely with the Board and operational leaders to strengthen financial performance, manage risk and turn financial data into practical business decisions.

The Financial Manager will be responsible for protecting and improving the organisation’s financial health. This includes financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and working capital management, compliance, management reporting, and the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with operational requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.A professional designation such as CA(SA), ACCA, CPA or CFA, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Between 8 and 15 years of relevant financial experience.5+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Sound understanding of manufacturing operations, production costs and supply-chain finance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, compliance and financial reporting.
