What you’ll be doing if you get the job

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, budgets, and reporting within the Sales and Distribution division. This role involves the day-to-day financial management of the Sales & Distribution Division.

Who’ll you report to

You’ll be based within our Sales and Distribution division at our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg, and you’ll report to the Manager: Distribution Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your Outputs (include but is not limited to)

• Maintain accurate financial records related to the Sales and Distribution expenditure, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
• Managing distribution cost allocation
• Managing distribution expenses (Ad Hoc requests)
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for distribution operations, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Attending all meetings relevant to operations
• Handle adhoc queries on a daily basis
• Managing expense ratios
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of distribution budgets.

Your Qualifications and experience

• You must have passed Grade 12 / Matric
• Bcom degree in finance (preferably a CA degree)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience

Package & Remuneration

Salary range is R25 000 – R35 000 (excluding 20% six-monthly incentive)
