We, Rylan Technical Services, are a professional manpower supply and technical support company based in Dubai. We specialize in providing skilled and semi-skilled workforce for construction, industrial, maintenance, and technical projects across the UAE.

We focus on reliability, safety, and quality manpower to help our clients’ complete projects on time and within budget.

Accounting Duties

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

Assist in VAT-related documentation and compliance.

Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.

Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.

Administrative Duties

Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping.

Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels.

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave documentation.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company documents.

Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.

Support HR activities, including onboarding and document collection.

Coordinate with operation team for Workers daily & monthly timesheet preparation.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
