SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

✔️ 12+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives

✔️ Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC project delivery methodologies

✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile project tracking, and backlog management

✔️ Experience driving AI-enabled technology initiatives or supporting AI-focused projects

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

Secondary (Good to Have)

✔️ Experience mentoring Technical Project Managers, Scrum Masters, or Agile Champions

✔️ Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery metrics

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Agile delivery, Jira, and enterprise technology program management to lead strategic initiatives within a large-scale technology organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery timelines, and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex technology programs, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced Agile environments. Experience supporting AI-driven initiatives is highly desirable.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Lead Agile technology delivery across multiple cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

✔️ Identify, monitor, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments while proactively communicating project health to executive leadership.

✔️ Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to develop delivery roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and achieve successful program execution.

✔️ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor SDLC compliance, maintain Jira project tracking, and ensure all deliverables meet enterprise quality standards.

✔️ Mentor Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and project team members while promoting continuous improvement, collaboration, and Agile best practices across the organization.
