- Location: Willingboro, NJ or Downers Grove, ILThe IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technology projects that support Radwell's strategic business objectives.
- This role oversees project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive project execution, and leverage modern technologies, including AI tools, to improve productivity and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and technology goals Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and technical teams Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery of milestones and objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Communicate project status, risks, issues, and updates to leadership and project teams Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across business units Coordinate project resources, assignments, dependencies, and integration points Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies Escalate and resolve project issues appropriately and in a timely manner Track and report project KPIs, budget performance, timelines, and resource utilization Ensure adherence to project management standards, best practices, and methodologies Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and team effectiveness Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, communication, and project outcomes Support organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
- Metrics Achievement of project deadlines and milestones Adherence to approved budgets and resource plans Successful realization of project business case objectives Timely completion of ongoing operational and project-related deliverables Stakeholder satisfaction and project success metrics
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency Familiarity with AI concepts, automation workflows, and data-driven technologies Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar tools Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus NetSuite experience is a plus
- Knowledge & Skills Required Ability to make and maintain commitments to project teams and stakeholders Ability to solve complex business and technical problems Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Goal-oriented project management and execution skills Strong change management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required Master's degree is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects or related technology initiatives Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects involving both technical and business stakeholders
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications preferred AI, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning certifications are a plus
- Compensation & Bonus
- The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000–$120,000 annually.
- Within the base salary range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- This position is eligible for a year-end bonus plan based on individual performance, project outcomes, and company results.

- Work Schedule
- This is an exempt position.
- Standard business hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on project deadlines, implementations, and business needs.
