Whether navigating city streets or rural routes, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our operations smooth and efficient. THIS IS A 1099 Independent Contractor POSITION!!!! Must be 21yrs of age (EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!)

Duties

• Safely commercial cargo vans to deliver goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload items in vans ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving best practices.
• Strong customer service skills to create positive interactions with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving and manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
