The role blends core accounting — reconciliations, client invoicing, AP/AR — with hands-on NetSuite implementation support, ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats in a high-growth environment.

Looking for 3–5 years of accounting experience, NetSuite exposure a strong plus, full-time and in-person in Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Own

• Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with engagement terms and billing schedules.
• Support NetSuite data migration, validation, and implementation activities.
• Maintain engagement records, project documentation, and operational tracking.
• Monitor accounts receivable and work-in-process balances, escalating aging items as needed.
• Assist with accounts payable processing, vendor maintenance, and payment coordination.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances.
• Support ad hoc accounting, reporting, and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

Must‑Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience working within ERP systems; NetSuite experience required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Professional services industry experience.
