Role Description This full-time Payment Sales Manager role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. The Payment Sales Manager will lead business development for BRIDGENIX’s crypto-to-fiat OTC services, identify and qualify prospects, and manage a pipeline of institutional and high-value clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting product capabilities, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating onboarding with compliance and operations teams, and ensuring smooth transaction execution. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to refine pricing strategies, respond to market trends, and support client retention through proactive relationship management.

The Payment Sales Manager will also track sales metrics, provide regular reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in payments, FX, crypto, or financial services sales, with strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Knowledge of OTC trading, digital assets, or fintech products, and the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, client-friendly terms.
• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities, including negotiation, stakeholder management, and client retention skills.
• Comfort with data and analytics tools for tracking performance, preparing sales reports, and informing pricing or product decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services, with attention to risk management and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, organized work style with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in institutional sales, B2B fintech, or merchant acquiring is an asset.
