As a Business Development Manager for non-bancassurance channels, you will drive revenue expansion across agency networks, financial advisers, brokerages, and direct partnerships. You will manage key intermediary relationships, steer strategic distribution initiatives, and execute business plans to increase portfolio growth.

The role focuses on optimizing channel partnerships, implementing sales campaigns, and maintaining market engagement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the key contact point for agency partners, financial advisers, and insurance brokers while steering collaborative committees to align operational and sales objectives.
• Strategic Business Development: Formulating sales strategies, campaign frameworks, and product bundling solutions to enhance market penetration and achieve budget targets.
• Project Management: Steering new go-to-market launches, product enhancements, and digital integration opportunities in collaboration with project management and marketing teams.
• Channel Enablement: Conducting regular general insurance product briefings and training sessions for distribution partners to support advisory capabilities.
• Performance Analytics: Monitoring key performance metrics against budget allocations, evaluating market dynamics, and presenting reports to management alongside strategies to meet targets.

You will work within a collaborative commercial distribution team focused on managing strategic intermediary and direct sales channels. • Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
