• Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing and consumer goods sector to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager.
• This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a well-established and growing business with a strong international footprint across the UK, Ireland, and France.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Director and will take ownership of leading the marketing function, driving brand growth, digital excellence, and integrated commercial marketing initiatives. The role offers a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Please note: Candidates must be within a 60-minute commute of Kilkenny, as the role will be fully onsite during the probation period. Following successful completion of probation, the position will move to a hybrid working model of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear KPIs and high performance standards.
• Strengthen and evolve the brand experience across all B2B and B2C customer touchpoints.
• Drive digital marketing performance and optimise customer journeys across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Deliver best-in-class marketing collateral including digital campaigns, POS materials, packaging, brochures, video content, and sales tools.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and messaging.
• Collaborate with NPI and Sales teams on new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the execution, measurement, and optimisation of long-term brand development strategies across international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.7-10 years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including analytics, content strategy, and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans within budget and timelines.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work onsite full time in Kilkenny.
• Moving to a hybrid basis after probation (3 days in office per week).
• Desirable:
• Experience working across international markets.
• Exposure to product-led or consumer-facing industries.
• Experience supporting new product launches and brand expansion initiatives.
