First Aid & Safety Trainer (Full‑Time)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced First Aid & Safety Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, and able to deliver high‑quality safety training across multiple disciplines.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging, accurate, and practical training sessions in First Aid, Fire Safety, Operational Safety, and Occupational Safety for corporate clients and learners across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in:
• First Aid & CPR/AED
• Fire Safety & Fire Warden
• Operational & Workplace Safety Courses
• Occupational Safety Courses
• Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Ensure training delivery meets UAE regulatory and accreditation standards
• Support continuous improvement of course materials and delivery methods

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering safety‑related training
• Must be able to speak clear English and Hindi
• Train the Trainer certification (mandatory)
• Highfield Level 3 Delivering Training (IADT) or equivalent
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to deliver both theory and hands‑on practical sessions
• Good understanding of UAE safety regulations and training expectations

Preferred Certifications

• NEBOSH IGC
• IOSH Managing Safely / Working Safely
• Highfield (HABC) certifications, such as:
• Level 3 Delivering Training (IADT)
• Level 2/3 Fire Safety
• Level 3 First Aid
• Level 3 Health & Safety
• First Aid Instructor certification (AHA, HSI, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• Fire Safety / Fire Warden Instructor certification
• Experience delivering DCD‑approved Fire Safety courses
• Experience delivering DCAS‑aligned First Aid courses
• Additional OHS, emergency response, or instructor‑level certifications
