What you’ll doLead the development of one of our inkjet technologies from research all the way to a market-ready product.

Own the system architecture. Make the key technical decisions across mechanics, software, and process, and stand behind them.

Plan and steer the project with lightweight agile methods, just enough structure to keep the team moving fast.

Get hands-on where it counts: write code, design machine parts, and drive process development when the project needs it.

Align a multidisciplinary team (mechanics, controls, chemistry, production) and coordinate internal and external partners.

Minimum qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing a development project from research to product: 5+ years in technology or machine development.
• System-level thinker: able to make and communicate architecture decisions across disciplines.
• Hands-on ability in at least two of:
• Software development
• Mechanical design
• Process development
• Experience with agile project management (Jira or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have
• Experience in the printing/inkjet industry - a significant advantage.
• Experience in the optical/ophthalmic industry.
• Familiarity with UV-curable materials, fluid systems, or precision machinery.
