Project Manager (Print Production)

Our client is an advertising agency that manages visual production and campaign deployments for luxury brands across Asia Pacific. As part of team expansion, they are looking to hire a Project Manager who specialises in print production, prepress checks, and colour management.

About The Role

You play a key role overseeing print production and prepress quality, acting as the layer between creative teams and print vendors to ensure that final print output (e.g. large-format prints, OOH, advertising banners, installation fit-outs) meet stringent client brand requirements. You also manage the print production workflow from artwork preparation to prepress checks to final print production and installation.

What You Will Do

As part of your role in supporting print production projects, you will:

• Review artwork for print readiness and perform preflight checks including bleed, dimensions, image resolution, colour profiles, fonts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate closely with clients, designers, internal project teams, and installation partners throughout the production process.
• Monitor project progress, identify production risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain colour consistency using brand-approved colour standards production proofs.
• Ensure all print deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.

The Ideal Candidate

You should possess at least 5-7 years of project management experience across prepress, large format printing, or print production houses. You should have strong understanding of prepress workflows and have managed print production projects from artwork preparation through to final installation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify artwork and production issues before printing is also necessary.

Experience supporting large-format graphics, retail displays, POSM, OOH advertising, or similar print production environments will be highly regarded.
