Hiring: Delivery Manager – Infrastructure Services (BFS)

NY/NJ (Hybrid/Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced L9 Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Infrastructure Services Delivery for strategic Banking & Financial Services (BFS) clients in the NY/NJ area.

This is a delivery-first leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong IT Infrastructure Services background who can build trusted client relationships, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing delivery teams.

What We're Looking For

✔ 15+ years of IT Infrastructure Services experience

✔ Strong Infrastructure Delivery & Account Management background

✔ Experience managing large BFS enterprise accounts in regulated environments

✔ Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Proven expertise in Delivery Excellence, ITIL Service Management, and Operational Governance

✔ Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, margin management)

✔ Experience leading large delivery teams, including workforce planning, attrition management, mentoring, and upskilling

✔ Broad understanding of Infrastructure technologies (Cloud, Servers, Storage, Networks, Security, Data Center, End User Computing)

✔ Ability to lead service transitions and infrastructure transformation programs with minimal business disruption

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Infrastructure Service Delivery across multiple technology towers.
Drive SLA/KPI performance, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Build and manage executive-level client relationships.
Lead financial governance, resource planning, and delivery operations.
Ensure audit readiness, ITIL process compliance, and continual service improvement.
Proactively manage operational risks and service performance.
Support account growth through delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Candidates from leading IT Services organizations such as HCLTech, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Virtusa, Accenture, or similar are highly preferred.
