Senior Service Delivery Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Data Center Delivery Service Manager for 24 month Contract job with a client in Irving, TX (Onsite). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Aerospace industry is a must.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Center Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager to support enterprise data center operations in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure services, network operations, disaster recovery, cybersecurity compliance, and vendor relationships while ensuring high availability of critical IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data center infrastructure and IT services.
• Support network operations, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Administer Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments.
• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), vendors, and internal IT teams.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure ITIL best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure or data center management experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking, firewalls, VMware, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft SQL.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, MPLS, backup, disaster recovery, and ITIL processes.
• Experience managing vendors and enterprise infrastructure projects.

Preferred

ITIL Certification and Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
