Electrical Project Manager

With decades of combined experience, their skilled team specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex electrical systems, delivering high-quality outcomes on large-scale industrial and logistics facilities across Australia.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. This role will predominantly focus on delivering D&C warehouse projects, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Duties

• Review and develop a complete understanding of tender packages, contract documents, and construction programs.
• Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, KPIs, and the procurement of major equipment and materials.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement across projects.
• Skills & Experience
• Over 5 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering industrial or commercial D&C projects, ideally warehouse developments.NSW Electrical Licence with a strong technical understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Proficient in Cable Calc Pro, Simpro and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of Design & Construct project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and P&L.Strong commitment to safety and quality.
