This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in nCino, Salesforce, and commercial or consumer lending who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.

Required Qualification6+ years of Business Analyst experience (8+ years preferred for Lead-level candidates).3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino.3+ years of experience with Salesforce.

Experience in Commercial Lending or Consumer Lending.

Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Expertise in process mapping, user stories, functional specifications, and UAT.Experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping, ETL, and systems integration.

Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with full nCino implementations or platform upgrades.
Core banking migration or conversion project experience.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud experience.
Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Mule
Soft or Informatica.
Knowledge of Loan Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, or Portfolio Management.
Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder Certification.nCino Certification.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Design and optimize lending workflows and future-state business processes.
Perform source-to-target data mapping and integration analysis.
Collaborate with development, QA, and data engineering teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release activities.
Support production issues, reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements.
