Business Analyst

Overview

We're looking for a highly collaborative Business Analyst to join our client's Digital Operations team, supporting strategic initiatives focused on Design Systems and Native Mobile Applications (iOS). This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, helping deliver scalable digital experiences and customer-focused solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and Engineering teams to define, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, reusable component requirements and experience standards.
• Support customer-facing capabilities and platform enhancements across native mobile applications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, backlog refinement sessions, dependency discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create and maintain Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure successful delivery across multiple product initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, testing readiness, and go-live activities.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize data analysis to support informed business decisions and continuous process improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience supporting complex Agile software development initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience with customer-facing digital products and mobile applications (iOS preferred).
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage competing priorities across multiple product teams.

• Given/When/Then scenarios
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience with Design Systems, UX principles, accessibility, and reusable components is highly preferred.
• Retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, or other customer-centric industry experience is a plus.
