We're seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a hands-on role and brings strong expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close, fixed asset accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

What You'll Do

• Lead key aspects of the monthly and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage general ledger activity and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including depreciation, additions, and disposals
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights
• Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance efforts
• Leverage ERP systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong general ledger accounting background
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Fixed asset accounting experience
• Experience working within ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
