Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Vice President and Future Partner of business development for Private Wealth Management & Multi Family Office. Based in Toronto, ON, the role offers flexibility with some opportunities for remote work.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales cycle, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and sales skills to develop client relationships and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline.
• Proven Sales expertise with a track record of achieving targets and identifying new opportunities.
• Sales & Marketing management and developing sales strategies.
• Previous experience in financial services or investment management is required.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and the needs of high-net-worth clients is required
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• 5 to 10 year term experience in investment and wealth management sales
• Completion of CFA level 1 and enrolment in the CFA program

Ideally you have a book of business or have significant contacts of affluent individuals from previous roles.

This role is a role for someone who is interested in leading an investment boutique within the next 5 years when I would like to semi-retire from the firm.

Compensation will be a nominal base with bonus and significant upside potential and equity for the right person.
