Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager based in Singapore to help us develop enterprise customers and partners for our AI infrastructure products.

The role will focus on selling and promoting two main product lines:

1. Olares One

An AI-native hardware device and private AI infrastructure platform for enterprises, teams, and professional users.

2. Token Station

An enterprise AI token management and model routing service, designed to help companies manage AI model access, token usage, cost control, and intelligent routing across different large language models.

This is a hands-on business development role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, arranging meetings, understanding customer needs, following up on opportunities, and helping close early commercial deals in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise customers and business opportunities in Singapore.
• Promote Olares One and Token Station to companies, partners, and potential channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Arrange and attend customer meetings, product introductions, demos, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs around AI infrastructure, private AI deployment, AI cost management, and model routing.
• Work with the product and technical teams to prepare proposals, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Develop relationships with system integrators, IT service providers, AI solution providers, and enterprise technology partners.
• Maintain regular updates on customer status, pipeline progress, and next steps.
• Provide market feedback to help improve product positioning, pricing, and sales materials.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or technology sales experience.
• Experience selling technology products or services to enterprise customers.
• Good understanding of the Singapore business market.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Able to explain technical products in a clear and practical way.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage sales environment.
• Able to manage customer follow-up and sales pipeline independently.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Enterprise IT
• Cloud services
• AI products or AI platforms
• SaaS
• Cybersecurity
• Data platforms
• Hardware, servers, or enterprise devices
• System integration
• Managed IT services
• Telecom or enterprise solutions

Experience with customers in logistics, financial services, healthcare, education, government-linked organizations, AI companies, or professional services would be a plus.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: S$7,000–8,000
• Performance bonus / commission based on qualified pipeline, pilots, and closed deals
