Lead and elevate talent acquisition for a growing manufacturing organization by partnering with executive leadership to shape hiring strategy, attract top talent, and build high-performing teams that support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function, from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across technical, operational, and corporate functions.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques and professional networking.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
• Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture and values.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-fill, and strengthen internal recruiting capabilities.
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineered products, or similar industrial environments.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience utilizing modern recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
• Organized, self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
