Manager, HR Business Partnering (Real Estate Industry) - 2 Years Contract

Work location: Central

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30-6pm

Salary: $6,000 to $7,500 (Depending on experiences)

The Job

You will support the delivery of HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives, partnering with business leaders and HR COE to drive effective people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Advisory

• Partner with business units to provide HR advisory support on people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and practices.

2. Talent Management and Development

• Support talent review processes, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Work with managers to identify development needs and support implementation of development plans.
• Contribute to building a sustainable talent pipeline within assigned business units.

3. Performance and Compensation

• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and year-end reviews.
• Partner with the Rewards team to support compensation exercises and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and employee issues.

4. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

• Address employee relations matters with guidance from senior HRBPs where required.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.

5. HR Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, policy reviews, or process improvements.
• Support data gathering and analysis to provide insights for HR decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to industries such as real estate, asset management, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR practices across talent management, performance, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
