• Elevate Partners is delighted to be partnering with a large, well-established Irish organisation to appoint a Senior Manager
• People Operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business in a highly visible leadership role, overseeing a large-scale People Operations function and leading a significant transformation agenda. With responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of approximately 100 people, this role offers genuine strategic influence while remaining close to operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for driving service delivery across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, HR systems, reward, learning and development, employee administration and continuous improvement. A key focus of the role will be modernising processes, leveraging technology and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multidisciplinary People Operations function.
• Drive transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion an outstanding employee and manager experience.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic People initiatives.
• Lead the optimisation of HR systems, data and service delivery.

About You

Significant experience leading HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a comparable People Operations function.

Proven track record managing large operational teams within a complex organisation.

Strong experience delivering transformation, process improvement and technology-enabled change.

Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
