The Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement and supplier management professional to oversee strategic supplier relationships and drive commercial excellence across the supply base. In this role, you will lead supplier engagement, contract negotiations, and performance management while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support capacity planning, strengthen supply chain resilience, and ensure suppliers consistently meet expectations for quality, delivery, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing or supplier management within a manufacturing or high-tech environment, with proven experience in supplier negotiations, performance management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic supplier management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing or high-tech environment. You should possess strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and cost optimisation initiatives.

The role requires the ability to manage supplier risks, support capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. A track record of developing supplier strategies, strengthening supply chain resilience, and monitoring key performance metrics such as delivery, quality, and cost will be highly advantageous.
