Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile development teams in a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members on Agile best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of value.

This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills to empower teams and improve Agile maturity across the organization. The position is on-site in Virginia and is offered on a contract basis.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of Scrum Master experience, with a preference for candidates with 10+ years
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• SAFe and Scrum certifications are highly preferred (CSM, CSP, SAFe, etc.)
