As a Scrum Master Sr.

• Salesforce within PNC's Information Technology Group, you will work from a PNC office based in Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. You will draw on past experience to support and facilitate one or more Scrum Team(s) with varying levels of complexity across functions by fostering Agile values and practices. You ensure team adherence to Agile principles and provide coaching to team(s), including newly formed teams, on how to execute the Scrum Framework.

You may provide guidance to less experienced Scrum Masters and will organize and facilitate ceremonies, recommending and executing improvement opportunities to optimize velocity while mitigating risk. Tracking and communicating overall team progress to provide visibility to stakeholders is part of the daily rhythm.

Often you will take a broader perspective to provide solutions to complex challenges and serve as a filter to remove impediments to progress identified by the team(s). Protecting the team(s) from outside influences so they remain focused on priorities is important, and you will partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure backlog items are prioritized based on business value and are ready for the team(s).

Experience and education expectations

Certifications and licensing

Compensation and incentives

Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
