• Seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.
• The PM is responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with customer’s requirements.
• This role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project progress, while managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively.

• Project Governance & Administration
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer.

Establish Project Office administration and filing systems.

Set up and maintain Project Management Repository.

Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Allocate and manage resources (including team members) efficiently.

Manage project cost, budget, procurement, and subcontractors.

Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Maintain Issue and Risk Management logs.

Stakeholder Communication & ReportingProvide monthly consolidated progress reports to customer.

Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by customer.

Coordinate and conduct monthly Progress Report Meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation circulation, and minutes submission.

Proactively inform customer of delays or risks impacting delivery and propose alternatives.

Monitoring & PerformanceTrack milestones, achievements, and delays.

Monitor manpower effort, budget status, and service performance.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and project requirements.

CollaborationWork closely with Scrum Master to track product backlog, integration/testing, deployment, and change management.

Collaborate with Technical Manager and Solution Architect on system setup and infrastructure.

Security & ComplianceEnsure system security management and adherence to standards. Qualities We ValueMinimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale IT or aviation-related projects.

Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

Experience in risk management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to produce detailed reports and presentations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
