🚀 Hiring: Scrum Master (Capital Markets / Murex) | Singapore | Permanent RoleBounteous is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support a strategic Murex New Product & Instrument Roll-out Programme for a leading financial institution in Singapore.

• What You'll Do✅ Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement✅ Drive Agile delivery across Front Office, Market Risk, Operations, Technology, QA, and Business teams✅ Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and release planning activities✅ Coordinate Murex configuration, integration, testing, deployment, UAT, and go-live support✅ Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement✅ Provide delivery reporting through Jira dashboards, Agile metrics, burn-down charts, and RAID logs
• What We're Looking For🔹 8+ years of Agile delivery experience🔹 3+ years of Scrum Master experience🔹 Experience delivering Banking or Capital Markets transformation programmes🔹 Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies🔹 Experience with Murex preferred (Calypso, Summit, Kondor+ also considered)🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills🔹 Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams🔹 Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Nice to Have✔ CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification✔ Front Office, Treasury, or Market Risk programme experience✔ Release Management and SDLC Governance experience✔ Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery experience📍 Location: Singapore💼 Employment Type: Permanent
