Business Analyst – P&C Insurance / Duck CreekLocation: Boston, MA or Hartford, CTWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong P&C Insurance domain and Duck Creek experience.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
Hands-on functional experience with Duck Creek – Policy, Billing, Claims, or related modules.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows, policy lifecycle, underwriting, billing, and claims.
Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with business, product, development, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, UAT, and production support.
