Key Responsibilities Data Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product safety data (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends, risks assessments, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Case summary maintenance and reporting also required on high profile matters.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product safety goals and initiatives.
- Data Collection: Gather, clean, and analyze product safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Escalation Management: Assign and oversee escalations from specific high-risk channels while conducting thorough review of past history for process adherence.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
- Project Management: Manage various ongoing and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product safety, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual English and Korean highly preferred Regulatory familiarity not required but a plus

Summary

The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
