Senior Business Analyst

About The Role

Deliver key business outcomes and support SailPoint-specific process optimization across a major enterprise program. In this role, you will review complex application integrations, facilitate requirements workshops, and collaborate directly with SailPoint Engineers to shape functional solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with business teams to gather requirements and align access profiles to system entitlements.
• Review data validation findings and support application teams with recommended data clean-up.
• Map and refine identity processes to streamline workflows and remove cumbersome steps.
• Draft clear user stories in ADO / JIRA for developer and engineering review.
• Coordinate UAT and PVT testing sessions in partnership with the Test Manager and technical leads.
• Skills & Experience
• Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst on Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Practical experience working with Sail
• Point platforms and onboarding complex applications.
• Skill in reviewing, organizing, and modeling large datasets across target systems.
• Practical understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and integration data flows.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and workshop facilitation skills.
