Role Summary

This position requires a highly seasoned analyst who can:

Hit the ground running from day one.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Take ownership of discovery and analysis activities.

Drive requirements capture and validation directly with business stakeholders.

Produce high-quality analytical artefacts suitable for immediate consumption by development teams.

Support delivery velocity without creating additional mentoring overhead for existing squad members.

The candidate must demonstrate:

Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst within complex enterprise data environments.

Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform, and the role it plays in enabling strategic business outcomes.

Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, challenge, and refine business requirements.

Deep technical understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, and data architecture concepts.

Ability to quickly understand business processes and map source-to-target data flows. Strong documentation skills, including:

• Data mapping specifications
• Data lineage documentation
• Functional and non-functional requirements
• Business rules and transformation logic
• Advanced SQL capability, including the ability to develop sample queries and data validation artefacts to support developers during solution design and implementation.

Experience supporting developers and testers through requirements clarification and data validation activities.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business representatives and technology teams.
