Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and operational excellence. The successful candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, performing data validation and quality checks, preparing data visualizations, and presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), support strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations.

The role also involves maintaining data integrity, documenting analytical processes, optimizing reporting workflows, supporting business intelligence initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement through effective use of data and analytics. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential to ensure accurate reporting and informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is an advantage.

Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality management principles.

Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical findings into business insights.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
