Information Technology Manager

They provide end-to-end IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and compliance services, acting as a strategic technology partner to a portfolio of high-growth and highly regulated businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple client environments
• Lead cloud and identity management initiatives across AWS, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, and MDM platforms
• Drive cybersecurity best practices, incident response, security policies, and compliance programs
• Partner with clients on IT strategy, vendor management, onboarding, and technology roadmaps
• Oversee endpoint management, device lifecycle, networking, and office technology projects
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape operational processes as the business continues to scale
• Ideal background:5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations
• Experience within an MSP, managed services, consulting, or multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, Jamf, Intune, or similar platforms
• Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, and regulated environments
• Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with stakeholder and client engagement
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior IT Engineer, Lead IT Engineer, Systems Engineer, IT Operations Lead, or current IT Manager looking for broader ownership and exposure to a wide range of technologies and industries.
• This is an on-site requirement in the financial district of San Francisco, salary of $170,000-$220,000, bonus of 15%, and potential equity.
