Key platforms – systems are for Autodesk Construction, purchasing/finance, planning, manufacturing scheduling, reporting etc.

Your mandate: Review this landscape, identify integration opportunities, consolidate data flows, and use insights to drive better business decisions.

In this role will review the current state and identify integration opportunities. You will also lead the identification, design, and implementation of digital transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for driving process optimisation, automation, technology adoption, and digital innovation to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, leading strategic digital transformation initiatives through influence, expertise, collaboration, and team leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review the current state and identify integration opportunities.
• The business relies on Excel and a number of key systems, which are not integrated.

Responsibilities

• Map the As Is across all departments (design, manufacturing, operations, commercial, finance, HR)
• Identify where systems should integrate and how
• Improve data flows between systems for better forecasting, planning, and business decision-making
• Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Drive process optimisation, automation, and technology adoption across the business
• Experience8+ years IT experience, with proven track record driving digital transformation with a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
• Proven team management experience — ability to build, develop, and lead a small IT team
• Experience reviewing and optimising core business systems
• Track record integrating fragmented systems or leading system modernization
