The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance reporting while working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You'll also help drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and enhanced analytics.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance requirements.

About You

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Minimum of 5 years' relevant finance experience, including at least 2 years post-qualification.

Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or commercial finance.

Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other reporting and planning systems is advantageous but not essential.
