Senior Accounting Manager

FinOps Manager (Sr. Accounting Manager), fusion energy start-up on the rise (Tukwila/onsite):

Stellar, rare NEW FinOps Manager (Sr. Accounting Manager) opportunity with a clean energy start-up in Tukwila. This is a wide-scoping role, covering core accounting ops, procurement, systems, internal controls, reporting, and finance operations. Looking for a “builder”, interested in building out and developing processes, systems, and infrastructure, in a fast-paced, exciting start-up environment.

Manage day-to-day accounting; AP, AR, cash apps, balance sheet recs, JE’s, aging reports, procurement, inventory, manage corporate cards and expenses. Take ownership of ERP administration, configuration, improving processes and efficiencies. Assist with internal controls design and implementation, process gaps, utilizing AI and tools for efficiency.

Work cross-functionally with multiple departments (engineering, supply chain, contacts, etc.), building an accounting infrastructure to support business needs and growth. Ideal for 5+ years, strong core accounting foundation and industry experience (manufacturing, construction, engineering – project based finance), a builder, a systems thinker, comfortable with AI, automating workflows.

Onsite job in Tukwila (with flexibility), comp range $150-170K + equity, excellent benefits.
