We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications across our venues, with a strong focus on food & beverage, bars, restaurants and events.
This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to turn great ideas into commercial results — building brands, driving revenue and keeping our venues front of mind. You’ll work closely with venue leadership, operations and external partners to bring campaigns, events and experiences to life.
This role is based on site at Coogee Bay Hotel and reports into the General Manager, Marketing and Communications.
What You’ll Be Doing· Lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies that drive revenue, visitation and brand love across C!NC venues· Own the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, events, activations and key trading periods· Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, from digital and social to in-venue and campaign creative· Deliver integrated marketing initiatives including digital, paid media, PR, partnerships, content and promotional campaigns· Monitor performance, analyse results and adapt strategies to maximise impact and ROI· Collaborate closely with venue teams to support food, beverage, bar and events offerings· Manage marketing projects end-to-end, from briefing through to execution and reporting What We’re Looking For· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment or lifestyle brands· Strong hands-on digital marketing experience, including social, EDMs, paid media and content· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment· A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills· Comfortable working autonomously while also being a collaborative team player· Proficiency in marketing platforms, tools and reporting Why Join C!NC?· Work with iconic Sydney venues and hospitality brands· Be part of a passionate, high-performing team· A role with real ownership, visibility and creative freedom· Fast-paced, energetic environment where ideas are encouraged and actioned Apply now and help shape the next chapter of C!NC Venues.
