Marketing Manager – Digital Growth & Brand Strategy

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager specializing in Digital Growth and Brand Strategy to lead our online marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing agencies and external vendors to develop and implement digital marketing and brand-building strategies.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials such as digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and branded content for various audiences and platforms. Must be able to concept and propose new campaign ideas for testing.
• Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen market positioning, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, messaging development, audience identification, and community engagement.
• Drive growth across social media platforms by increasing followers, engagement, reach, and audience quality through organic and paid strategies.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful engagement and encourages interaction.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for audience growth and brand visibility.
• Regularly review and analyze website, campaign, and social media performance reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage editorial calendars and content syndication schedules.
• Continuously optimize campaigns by capturing and analyzing key data/metrics, identifying insights and best practices, and acting on those findings to improve performance.

Requirements

• Highly curious about data, strong problem-solving skills, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating campaigns in online marketing platforms with a solid understanding of major channels such as YouTube, Meta, X (Twitter), Rumble, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, or as a Digital Marketing Manager.
• Demonstrated success growing social media communities, increasing engagement, and building brand awareness across multiple platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills (photo/video/text editing experience is a plus).
• Helpful to have knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, SEO, and content marketing.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
