Recruitment Consultant (Galway)

Manpower Group is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for providing a range of recruitment services to our worldwide recognised Client in Galway.

The role is hybrid with the ability to easily commute to client sites in Galway. Manpower Group will make sure that you will receive the best possible training by our wonderful team. You will be working closely with the team of fully qualified HR and recruitment professionals, always willing to help and share their expertise.

Your responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process
• Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within Manpower
• Group
• Ability to learn about our clients workforce requirements while creating & maintaining strong recruitment/HR processes & documentation
• Ensuring a strong & professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding Working closely to understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates
• Daily client facing accountability including performance under key KPI's and SLA's Working in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment processes and GDPR requirements
• Responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of our clients
• You will work closely with the team on the day-to-day account delivery to our clients
• Your skills and experience:
• Previous Recruitment experience required (Ideally in the Manufacturing industry)
• Proven track record in exceeding KPI'sStrong Administration

• HR administration experience would be desirable
