SilverBack is a global, AI-enabled recruitment consultancy delivering specialist white-collar recruitment solutions for the world’s most complex data centre, gigafactory, energy, and advanced manufacturing projects. Our clients include Tier 1 contractors, EPCs, developers, and OEMs across Europe and the USA.To support the continued growth of our European operations, we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant.

This is a strategic, market-building role responsible for developing and strengthening SilverBack’s European talent database and driving the growth of our presence across key European markets.

Role Purpose & ObjectivesYou will help build the foundation of SilverBack’s European market by developing a high-quality, structured, and scalable talent database, while delivering directly against live client requirements. Your core objectives include:

Delivering against client requirements across live European mandates, ensuring roles are filled to brief and on time.

Acting as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, building trusted working relationships across accounts.

Taking detailed job specifications from hiring managers, qualifying requirements, and translating them into targeted search strategies.

Attending client meetings, briefing calls, and site or project visits as required to understand hiring needs and project context.

Developing a robust pipeline of candidates across European markets.

Building and maintaining a full picture of candidate accounts on our internal systems (Tracker), ensuring all contact details, references, and certificates are accurately logged.

Maintaining and surpassing KPIs and targets consistently.

Utilising various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn headhunting, referrals, and database mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Service Delivery
• Lead recruitment efforts across the European market, including headhunting and candidate resource management.
• Market Mapping
• Research and map European construction and infrastructure professionals across multiple countries and disciplines.
• Pipeline Management
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines to support live roles with fast, accurate shortlists.
• Data Integrity
• Add and maintain verified data in Silver
• Back’s CRM system, in line with GDPR requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants across Europe and the US.Global Support
• Sourcing for projects outside of Europe as required.

Requirements

• Experience
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or Resourcer.

Experience in technical, construction, or international recruitment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong LinkedIn and internet sourcing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems is preferred.
• Communication
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to align with our Irish Head Office and European clients.

Additional European languages are an advantage.
